Legafin Advocates acted for Naolin Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. before the Delhi High Court in Section 9 proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 arising from the termination of the contract for the construction and installation of eight 33/11 kV substations and associated transmission works under Power Grid Corporation of India Limited's Arunachal Pradesh Transmission & Distribution Infrastructure Project.
